Pam earned an Associates Degree in Medical Secretarial Science from Hudson Valley Community College. She initially worked in surgical pathology at St. Peter’s Hospital and then spent the next 20 years working for a hematology group. Her duties included medical transcription and scheduling. She was then promoted to Administrative Assistant to the head of the division.
Several years ago, Pam decided to spend more time at home with her children. During these years, she worked from home for Andrews’ Transcribing Inc. (ATI) and still continues her work from home for a national medical transcription service.
Pam thoroughly enjoys teaching for A&H as well as spending time with her first grandchild.
